SHIPPING TIME

The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However we are unable to change the shipping method or address once we ship your orders.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability. We are not responsible for the loss caused by incorrect address filling.
TRACKING AN ORDER
You'll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped with your shipment tracking number. You can use the tracking number or your order number and email to check your shipping information here.
