Representative Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and questions via phone, email, mail or social media.
  • Give customers information about products and services.
  • Listen to customer issues with great empathy and offer solutions.
  • Reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Answer and make phone calls, solve any problems related to product knowledge or logistics/shipping problems.
  • Take orders, and process returns.

 

Representative Requirements:

  • English native speaker, based in the US/ Canada/ Europe.
  • At least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week of working time.
  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
