Representative Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and questions via phone, email, mail or social media.
- Give customers information about products and services.
- Listen to customer issues with great empathy and offer solutions.
- Reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Answer and make phone calls, solve any problems related to product knowledge or logistics/shipping problems.
- Take orders, and process returns.
Representative Requirements:
- English native speaker, based in the US/ Canada/ Europe.
- At least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week of working time.
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
